THE CARER CLASS

This class has been adapted to suit pupils with special needs. Under the direction of Sheila Perry AIST (TD), the pupil, assisted by their carer, take part in a gentle exercise programme to enhance flexibility and promote mobility.
The pools are equipped with suitable changing facilities for wheelchair bound pupils and hoists for entering and leaving the pool if required. The pools also offer easy access for non wheel chair bound pupils too. In a safe warm unhurried environment (Pool temperature 95°), we are able to provide carers for the class, who if needed, can be booked along with the course of Aquatherapy. These classes are suitable for people suffering from the effects of a stroke, MS, Parkinson disease and similar complaints. We can also accommodate residential homes as well as a one to one facility if required.

CARER CLASS
Carers and pupils should note that carers shall be solely responsible for the well being of pupils both before, during and after each session and carers must be present with their pupils at all times.
